How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders received by 11:00 am ET Monday through Friday, non-holidays, typically ship the same day.  All other orders typically ship the following business day. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days depending on the order and your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Where do you ship?

We ship to any residential or business address in the United States. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, or internationally.

Can I use my gift certificate online?

Sorry, at this time we do not accept gift certificate payments online.

What are your shipping fees?

We use UPS and USPS carriers to ship products depending on the items, size, and weight of the order. We charge a flat shipping rate as follows:

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from purchase on items in new, unworn and unaltered condition in its original packaging (final sale items excluded).

Within 30 days of purchase you may receive a refund or store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds on returned items will be issued to the same credit card as original purchase once the returned item has been received. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are sold "as is" and do not qualify for returns and exchanges. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from purchase. Please contact us at alvindennis@comcast.net or call (540)-463-5383 with your name, order number and reason for returning the item(s). We will respond to emails within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received.

Who pays for shipping on items for return?

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Who pays for shipping on items for exchange?

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We will send the new item out to you at no extra cost.

What if an item is received damaged or defective?

If you received an item which is damaged or defective, please send a photo of the item and the defect or damaged area to alvindennis@comcast.net. Please include your name, email and order # in your correspondence. We will review the photo and respond with further instructions.

What if I didn’t receive my order?

If it has been 10 days since your purchase and you still haven’t received the item, please contact us at alvindennis@comcast.net.

What if I’ve received the item as a gift and I want to return or exchange?

Please contact us at alvindennis@comcast.net for returns/exchanges of gifts. For returns within the policy guidelines, we will issue a gift certificate for the current price of the item.

How long until I receive my refund?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. The amount of time for the refund to reflect back on your account will depend on your financial institution. Please contact your bank, credit card company or other financial service provider for questions about timing of returned funds.

How does buy online, curbside pickup work? 
In checkout you will have the option to have the order shipped or to pickup in store. If you select pickup in store there are no delivery fees and we will get your order ready for you to pickup at the curb or in the store if you wish.
  
Pickup is available from 10 am to 3 pm Eastern, Mon-Sat. Orders must be placed by 2 pm to be available for same day pickup.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup (typically within an hour). Please follow these instructions: 

  1. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
  2. For curbside delivery, please call us at (540) 463-5383 upon arrival and place your order confirmation and ID on the dashboard of your car.  
  3. Wait for us to bring your order to you. 
Please note the pickup at store option is available for credit and debit card payments only. The pickup option is not available when using alternative payment options such as Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
If you wish to have some items shipped and some items picked up you will need to place two separate orders.
